How To Use Guide

Welcome to the guide for using the RIEM. This tool is designed to help you target & strengthen your shoulder, elbow and wrist. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this guide will ensure you make the most of your new equipment.

Set up guide:

Inspect the nylon strap and latex tube for damage prior to each use. Keep all equipment out of reach of infants, children, animals and out of direct sunlight.

How to secure the nylon anchor strap:

  • Secure the nylon anchor strap around a sturdy vertical or horizontal post by threading the RIEM between the loop opening.
  • The anchor strap should be secured roughly where your gripping hand is active during the exercise.
  • Ensure it's secure and won't slip during use.
  • Push the open end of the resistance band that has a bead on it through the RIEM entry/exit port.
  • Once the band is through the port hole, stretch and pull the band around the 90° turn and ensures the fit is snug.
